What is a Coach?

Coaches assist people in reaching their full potential. They are able to see things (make observations) that the player cannot see. A coach is a different observer than the player. A coach is not a therapist. The coach is a competent observer of the player's strengths and weaknesses whether it be in the game of golf or the game of life.

Ontological Coaching

Ontological Coaching was created to address recurrent breakdowns.

The self is in a constant process of becoming. Coaching expands the space of possibilities that someone is. Coaching allows a coachee to observe oneself as a self.

In Ontological Coaching we observe, question, and change the principles of coherence that constitute our self. OC is a transformation of the way of being what we are. OC is a process (an interaction, a conversation) aimed at producing an ontological shift.
